Abstract

The rapid evolution of communication technologies and increasing demand for high-performance services have compelled telecom providers to rethink their data center infrastructure. This paper explores scalable network migration strategies within the context of data center consolidation, focusing on minimizing downtime, optimizing resource utilization, and maintaining service continuity.

Conclusion

This study explored scalable network migration strategies in telecom data center consolidation using a case study approach. It highlights that successful migration requires not only technical expertise but also strong organizational planning. With phased execution, SDN, and hybrid cloud adoption, telecom providers can reduce risks and improve efficiency. Despite challenges like legacy systems and regulatory constraints, effective governance and automation enable successful transformation. Ultimately, scalable consolidation enhances cost efficiency, service performance, and infrastructure agility.
